Maria has a wealth of  experience working with numerous people from runners and triathletes to horse riders and 9-5 office workers.

She always maintains a good relationship with patients, ensuring the best treatment plan is prescribed which may include deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, kinesiology taping and other techniques.

She is open minded and looks at the whole picture, including posture analysis, daily activities and ways in which patients can help rehabilitate themselves at home.
