Lucas Griffith

Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Therapy, earned from Bournemouth University in 2024. His passion for sports therapy and massage therapy began during his time as a full-time
college football player, where he sustained multiple injuries. These experiences led him to seek treatment from experienced physiotherapists and sports therapists, sparking his interest in the
field and shaping his career path.

Since graduating, Lucas has been working as a Sports Therapist at Woking FC, where he collaborates with professional footballers to support their rehabilitation both in the gym and on the field. He is involved in pre-exercise activation, injury prevention, and providing therapeutic sports massages to enhance performance and recovery. His hands-on experience in a high-performance environment enables him to tailor his approach to meet the needs of each athlete, ensuring they stay in peak condition throughout the season.

This approach also extends to Lucas’ clinical work, where he tailors each session to meet the unique needs of every patient. Whether treating athletes recovering from sport-related injuries
or individuals dealing with work or life-related injuries, Lucas is committed to providing hands-on treatment that accelerates recovery and restores full fitness.

Although Lucas is no longer playing football, he is looking to get back into it as his passion for the sport remains strong, alongside his enthusiasm for tennis and athletics. He also has a
strong passion for the gym, so when he’s not at work there is a strong chance you might find
him in the gym.
